I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years and have, a great working knowledge of how homes are built. I have been a disaster insurance adjuster, and a professional home inspector for 24 years. I work very hard to stay up with all the current products in the home and repair industry. Which give me a good knowledge of what should be in place. I am also currently a FHA compliance inspector. And I am also a member of InterNACHI, And am required to  have continuing education with a minimum 14 hr. of state training to maintain my license ,and training with InterNACHI.
